China One

China One is a Chinese takeout restaurant on US Highway 231 in Meridianville, north of Huntsville. Its website posts a long numbered menu of American-style Chinese dishes. The menu starts with appetizers such as egg rolls, crab rangoon, fried wonton, dumplings and a pu pu platter. It also lists soups, fried rice, lo mein, chow mai fun, egg foo young and sweet and sour dishes, plus moo shu, vegetable dishes and tofu with broccoli. Many items are sold by the pint or quart, and the site is set up as a menu board with the restaurant's phone number and street address.
