12th Annual Huntsville Christmas Parade

The 12th Annual Mix 96.9 Von Braun Center Downtown Huntsville Christmas Parade takes place Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 6:00 PM. This year's theme is "A Rocket City Christmas," and Food City is the presenting sponsor. The organizers expect more than 80 floats, animals and marching bands, and admission to watch is free.

A pre-parade party and VIP viewing area, hosted by the radio station and the Von Braun Center, offers free food, holiday activities and photos with Santa. Entry takes a donated item for the designated nonprofit, and space is limited. The route was adjusted this year because of downtown construction, so check the official page for the current map before you head out.

Details are on the Von Braun Center parade page.
