Pumpkin Destruction Day at Tate Farms 2026

Tate Farms wraps up its pumpkin season with Pumpkin Destruction Day on Saturday, October 31, in Meridianville. The day includes the farm's regular activities and hayrides, plus pumpkin smash zones where you can take a bat, mallet or golf club to a pumpkin, Kiddie Smash Zones for little ones, three monster truck smashing shows and a pumpkin explosion show.

Per the farm, pumpkins for smashing are piled around the farm and included in admission, while pumpkins picked from the field or bought in the market are sold separately and are not for smashing. Monster truck rides and the apple cannon are separate charges. The night ends with a fireworks show of more than 10 minutes set to music, and show times will be announced closer to the day.

Tate Farms' own pages list different admission and season pass prices in different places, so check the Tate Farms website or call the farm for current pricing before you go.
