Santa Train at the North Alabama Railroad Museum

The North Alabama Railroad Museum in Chase runs its daytime Santa Train on Saturday, December 5 and Saturday, December 12, 2026, with departures at 12 pm, 1:30 pm and 3 pm from the Chase Depot, 694 Chase Road NE.

The museum says the train is decorated inside and out, riders can talk with Santa on board and have a picture made with him, and children get a treat before the day is done. These are shorter, leisurely rides.

Tickets are $20 for regular passengers and $30 for First Class, and every rider needs a ticket regardless of age. Prices are subject to change and fees may apply. See the official schedule page for tickets.
