Spellbound 2026 (21+) at Huntsville Botanical Garden

Spellbound is Huntsville Botanical Garden's Halloween night for guests 21 and up, per the Garden. Over nine evenings, the paths are lit with theatrical lighting, atmospheric sound, seasonal decor, themed scenes and live performers, with firepits and seasonal cocktails, beer, wine and concessions for sale. The Garden says it is not a haunted house and has no jump scares, and it is self-guided (the Garden suggests at least an hour). Costumes are encouraged, but the Garden does not allow full-face masks or realistic weapons or props, and a valid government-issued photo ID is required.

Dates are October 21 to 25 and 28 to 31, starting at 7 PM: closing is 10 PM Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and 11 PM on October 23, 24, 30 and 31, with last entry an hour before closing. It is closed October 26 and 27. Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 day of for members, $17 in advance and $25 day of for non-members.
