This Jefferson's is the New Market location, on Winchester Road in Huntsville. Jefferson's is a chicken wing restaurant and sports bar that, according to its website, opened its first restaurant in Jacksonville, Alabama, in 1991. The menu features wings tossed in more than 20 sauces, hand-breaded chicken tenders, Certified Angus Beef burgers and oysters on the half shell. Jefferson's restaurants have walls covered in signed dollar bills left by guests, a tradition the company says began on opening day.
