Jefferson's in Hampton Cove is a wings restaurant and bar on Sutton Road. The brand opened its first restaurant in Jacksonville, Alabama in 1991, and its website says wings are what put it on the map. The website says wings are served fresh, never frozen, with more than 20 sauces to pick from, plus hand-breaded chicken tenders, Certified Angus Beef burgers and fresh oysters on the half shell. The Hampton Cove page lists dine-in, carry out, online ordering, delivery and catering. It also lists a weekly bingo night, a happy hour and fundraiser nights for local groups. Like every Jefferson's, the walls are covered in signed dollar bills left by guests.
