Merriment on the Mountain

Burritt on the Mountain presents Merriment on the Mountain, which it describes as its newest family-friendly holiday event. The Historic Park and Mansion will be filled with music and hands-on traditions, including custom boxwood wreaths, stringing popcorn and cranberries, and a taste of figgy pudding. A Hot Toddy Hub sells seasonal drinks and treats.

Saturday, Dec 5 runs 10 am to 4 pm and features the Winter Whimsy Tea (10:30 am to noon, $50 adults, $35 children ages 3 to 18) with a performance by Rocket City Ballet and a visit with Father Christmas. Sunday, Dec 6 runs noon to 4 pm and features Cookies and Cocoa with Father Christmas (1 to 3 pm, $25 adults, $15 children ages 3 to 18). Historic activities are included with admission while supplies last.
