Registration is $45 for the 5K and $25 for the mile (plus a sign-up fee) and closes October 29. The organizers encourage costumes and say the craziest costume wins a pair of shoes. The after party is planned to include music, food, drinks and awards. Alcohol, if approved and permitted, is for ages 21 and up.
